After that, go and play! There are multiple spaces in the open-plan venue where you can edge, stroke, frott and shoot your load. 

No, your level of interactivity is totally up to you. You can just watch or be watched. We do recommend you then select a RED wristband which will signal to others that you are not interested in playing with others. 

We know that events and spaces like this can be daunting. If at any point you feel uneasy, overwhelmed or uncomfortable  – there is a “no play” social space where you can go chill and de-compress. Also, reach out to a volunteer – chat with them about how you feel. They wear black wristbands.

Ticket sales cover several costs that make running and hosting these events possible. From web hosting, paying for secure databases to protect people’s data, payment gateway fees, event admin, venue hire and post-event cleaning. It might seem that it’s just a bunch of horny dudes that jerk off but we soon realised it takes a fair amount of money to host and run a successful Jacks club.  And we pay out taxes 😛

Cape Town Jacks only accepts online payments. No tickets will be sold at the event doors. We use Yoco as our online payment merchant, which accepts all MasterCard and Visa debit and credit cards, including international cards like AMEX. Yoco also accepts digital payments like Apple and Google Pay.

Rest assured that our payment process is secure, ensuring the protection of your sensitive information. We ate Cape Town Jacks have no access to your payment information.

Membership at Cape Town Jacks is a one-time payment for your selected option, and we do not automatically renew memberships. Rest assured, your access to all the benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Memberships are intended for individual use only, and sharing accounts is a violation of our terms of service. For each event, only one event ticket can be purchased. If your companion wishes to join you, they must purchase their own ticket using their own information. At Cape Town Jacks, we prioritize the integrity of our membership system and ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all members.

Cape Town Jacks is an exclusive and private club, which means that all members must be approved before being allowed to join an event. If you are not on the guest list, unfortunately you will be unable to attend. To ensure that your friend can join in on the fun, kindly encourage them to sign up for a day pass or membership.

There will be no tickets sold at the event. All tickets need to be bought online.

Events at Cape Town Jacks are scheduled for 3 hours, with admission closing 40 minutes after the start time. It is crucial to arrive within this timeframe to ensure entry. Regrettably, late arrivals will not be admitted. This policy allows our event administrators to smoothly guide attendees through an onboarding process and provides time for a pre-play social gathering to help everyone break the ice. Please note that arriving late may disrupt the energy and vibe of the session for new participants.

We can not give a refund on ticket sales or membership fees but we can give you a coupon to use for another event date only when you reach out, we can not keep track of all the guys who cancel last minute. 

If you are a quarterly member and you can’t make your last month’s event, you will still get a coupon but your other benefits will come to an end but please reach out.

Feel free to bring alcohol. We do supply glasses, still and sparkling water. If you arrive smelling of alcohol, appearing to be under the influence of drugs, or in any way not in a sober state of mind, we regret to inform you that entry will be denied and refunds will not be provided.

Correct, Cape Town Jacks does not have a bar at the venue. However, rest assured that water is supplied for free.

 Free lube (Epizone) will be available for you to use, but feel free to bring your own. There will be no poppers for sale at this point so bring your own. There is free CLEAN cumrags and wet wipes to use. There is no shower.
